This may indicate that the account has been compromised. Log into the account via VM webmail and check for rogue forwarding and/or filters and remove them as appropriate. Then log into the My Virgin Media account for the email address concerned and change the password. This was both you old and new accounts would have been available under the same My Virgin Media login as before. A member of the VM Forum team should be able to look into this for you when they reach this thread. They aren't advertised in their blurb and are seen as loss making product. Hence their reluctance to actually fix anything :-( VM stopped issuing new email addresses in May 2022 which is why they won't be mentioned in advertising blub. The issue that this thread relates to is caused by Gmail's spam filtering and is not a result anything that VM can 'fix'. Re: Ntlworld email account - the runaround PeterLews. When updating the password in the Outlook app on your phone you need to delete the Ntlworld account from the app and then add it back using the Ntlworld email address as the username together with the four word generated app password. By the way your research is correct in that the Ntlworld domain is managed by VM, however Richard Branson has nothing to do with Virgin Media these days. The company is owned by Liberty Global. I have escalated it to the Community moderators and asked them to refer to the email team for investigation. Awaiting a response. coenobyFYI
