Being overcharged for volts

Hi just noticed today I’ve been overcharged for volts although I’m a o2 and virgin customer this is free isn’t it?!?! Pretty annoyed that it’s been three months I have been charged!! Isn’t a free benefit?can someone assist? 

Volt Billing query

Question: Does the 'free' aspect of the Volt add-on expire? I just noticed the highlighted line on my bill. Does the VOLT speed upgrade come at a cost, that is only credited for a cerain period of time? I never read THAT in any small print.
