Volt speed

Hello,

I have recently purchased an O2 product that qualifies for a broadband increase from M250 to M350. I can see it reflected in my package but when I run a speed test it is still running at M250?

It can take up to 14 days for VM to update your account with VOLT.

Keep checking the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed has been provisioned.
It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.

Thanks,

is that in settings?

Hi there @vander18

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums.

I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with your service, I have had a look and can see no issues on our side and the speed should be over 350mpbs to the Hub. Have you been able to run any checks on any wired devices you may have?

Thank you it’s fixed now.
