Just a heads up for people, according to VM, signing a contract clearing stating Volt 250 broadband does not mean you are eligible for this boost after all.

thats what the ever so helpful customer ‘service’ person told me before putting down the phone.

As advised previously, due to your equipment and the network you're on we aren't able to support via the forums. There is a dedicated team who you will be passed to if you contact the team on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other line.

I don't see how a Xgs-pon connection complicates a Volt application. I would raise a formal complaint.
