My volt Benefits have been activated on my o2 account the address is the same as my virgin but not seeing the option to upgrade my broadband speed.

Hey @dsmuk,

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Great to hear you are taking advantage of our Volt Benefits, if the O2 side has now recognised this then our side will follow shortly, you should get an email usually within 48 hours letting you know the speed has changed, this is all automatic and you will not need to do anything, best thing to do is just to keep running a speed check every now and then and you will see the increase.
