No volt benefits

I have waited three months now to get my volt benefits which O2 have assured me are activated.  They also told me I needed to get in touch with Virgin as it’s their responsibility to update my information.  Can someone from Virgin get back to me regarding this as I am still waiting for the volt benefits?

We have no manually way of doing this sorry. 

It should let you activate them via that link.

They have been activated according to O2 but I see nothing about it in virgin app.  Please can you sort this out
