Hi,
My V6 box has started randomly restarting again. I also recently noticed it is getting slower responding to my saved programs.
I reported this last year but cancelled the engineer as the very terse messages from Virgin described callout charges if nothing was found wrong with it.
However it looks like it's started again

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issues with the box.
How is it since you posted on Saturday?
If you're still having this problem can you please ensure the box is switched on so we can go through some checks from our side.

It hasn't restarted since but if does seem slow.

When you mention the set top box is slow, is that just on the start up or are you finding that it's slow when changing channels, entering commands on the remote or other things?
