V6 box no info available on all epg

Over the last week I've noticed some channels in the guide showing "no info available". Since yesterday, all the channels are now showing "no info available". I've switched everything off and on but nothing changes.

Catch-up and on demand are not working also.

The v6 box is connected to the router via ethernet connection. Diagnostics say the connection is good.

Any idea what I need to do to resolve this?

    These are all symptoms of your V6 having lost its internet connection. When you mention "diagnostics", can you be more specific on where you're looking?

    The first place I'd check is under Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network. Does your V6 show an IP address in the top-right? Depending on the answer, dictates where troubleshooting should go next.

    The other thing to check is that the Ethernet is good end-end. Try reseating it at both the V6 & router end.
