V6 box keeps turning off and on independently

My V6 box has a habit of going off at inconvenient times too. When we were recently away for a couple of weeks, it decided to close down completely and no series links were maintained. It seems to be getting tired and old, regularly needing a reboot. Any technical support out there?

VM fault reporting is on 0345 4541111, or 150 from a VM phone. Staff do respond on these boards if you don't mind waiting a few days.

Certainly no TV box should be restarting anything more than occasionally overnight.
