V6 Netflix streaming is poor

cyberleech
On our wavelength

I have three V6 boxes. They run the Virgin Netflix app to stream movies over WiFi, however one of the boxes has a problem doing this. The movies are buffering and stuttering, as if the WiFi isn't powerful enough. Ive run the WiFi test from the Virgin Connect app, which says the location is fine, WiFi reception is fine for other purposes.

Any Ideas to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I have a Hub 3.0 and a mesh extender.

Thanks

Hi @cyberleech

Have you tried swapping the 'slow netflix' box over with one of the others to see if the actual box or location?

Do you have any issues with other OnDemand services on the same box? What is the WiFi-signal strength reported as, under the Network Connections screen? (Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network)

Swapping the boxes around is a good test, as would be connecting via Ethernet cable whenever possible.
