Hi peeps
well it seems virgin media is very intermittent lately
so broadbands been dropping out for the past couple of weeks having to reboot the router
now no tv apparently it going to be repaired by the 29th!
We’ve been with virgin for what seems like an eternity at least 20yrs
but we think it’s time for a change as this is poor service for a lot of money

One working day on a residential service is a good fix time with any ISP. If the Broadband problem persists after the TV issue is resolved then call faults as the issue may well be with your own line & not the network.
