Hi, I'm joining this because my sound suddenly stopped today halfway through a recorded film playback. At the same time my remote stopped working with my v6. This has not started working again?? I have a v6 connected to an a virtually new LG smart tv, with audi to a soun d bar with optical. I have no sound from the v6 box through the hdmi but have sound from WiFi apps like Netflix, providing it comes trom the tv but not through the hdmi. I have switched to another hdmi socket, I have changed to other other hdmi cables. Nothing improves the situation. I haven't tried changes to audio settings as it was working fine one m8nute and then stopped working. I think I need help.t
