I am having problems with V6 Box stuck in Starting Up Mode

Good evening, I am having problems with V6 Box stuck in Starting Up mode, have tried rebooting using plus and power together but to no avail.  I have 2 additional boxes which are both fine.  Any help would be appreciated please @virgin media.  I suspect I need a replacement box looking at other comments on this forum.
