Delay adding Premier Sports

I upgraded my account yesterday to include Premier Sports to watch the European Rugby - I've had the email confirming it's been added to my account but the Premier Sports channels are still not available on the planner - anyway ideas?

On a TiVo or V6, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels

This re-synchs your EPG with account package.

The only logical conclusion there, is that the channels are not in your package. If you're a multiroom user, check whether one of your boxes has the channels but others don't.

Otherwise, VM-CS should be your next port of call. Staff on here may well take longer than the weekend, to respond.

A note for others doing channel upgrades in future.

If you do it via the app on the set-top-box it can take days to actually update - although sometimes it has been minutes.

If you need the channel very soon always call in for the upgrade.
