Accessibility remote for V6 box - Mum has dementia

I've read posts that Virgin have big button / high contrast / accessibility remote controls for the V6 box, which are easier for those with dementia / visually impaired.  Could you please let me know how I can get one for my Mum?

I would also like her registered as a vulnerable customer please.

Unfortunately Matthew has advised that the high contrast accessibility remote for the V6 is no longer available. On the off chance anyone has one that is no longer needed, can you please let me know? It would be a huge help to my mum. Thank you
