i have 2 360 boxes
one living room one in a dorma bedroom, recently i cant watch streamed recording in the dorma room it always buffers and says network issue stop streaming on another device and try again
no one is on the other box as its after we all gone to bed, its not internet either all other devices work fine up there on wifi no issues, on the box network diagnostics its says strong connection, if you go to an app say iplayer/netflix etc streaming works fine so its just the recorded programs box to box.
both boxes have been powered on and off im on 1Gig connection so speed and bandwidth should not be a problem
anyone got any ideas how to fix it?

How far away is the secondary box from your main box in the Living Room?
It may have issues connecting to the box as I believe it's not done over the Internet (correct me if I'm wrong).

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the recording issue.
Is the 2nd box connected via WiFi or a Powerline/Ethernet connection?
Best wishes.

Each box has its own separate connection to the hub, and in-home streaming is done via the Hub.
So you need to ensure each constituent part of that connection is reliable.

Hi endisforever,
Thanks for coming back to us on this one.
Checking diagnostics on both the boxes this side, everything is looking as it should be. Can you try swapping the boxes over - so put the one with the issues into the living room and the one with no issues, into the dorma room, to see if you get the same fault?
This will eliminate some things and allow us to get a better understanding on where the fault lies.
Keep us posted.
Thanks,
