i got replacement 360 box need help

hi HAD A A LOT OF PROBLEMS LIKE MANY WITH VIRGIN

but monday i got my replacement 360 box to replace the one that kept messing up

yesterday i swapped them over (know i lose recordings etc)

but after setting new box (not new by way )

and activating it

it now shows all the recordings i had on old box and as they not on this hard drive (box)

i cant delete them

and all future recordings are there as well and cant change then

and while they are there i can not record anything new

i can not even record the thing im watching as itys says already set to record but its not recording

last night i watched the footy and tried to record the snooker etc

says recording set/started but WONT RECORD ANYTHING

some are saying its virgins cloud adding future recordins and recorded items

my replacement box is useless without being sorted asap

3 resets

over 5 factory resets now

still no use

tonight champs league on efl and snooker and i cant record ANY while watching other

i want all cloud info deleted and my box reset asap

had enough of virgin now might be worth just dumping them and let them take me to court  all this from april 29th 2024

dont blame you im now in that situation but they send replacement box

swapped over

but all my old recording are technically there but not on hard drive on old box and future recoring are there but not on this box bot i cant delete recordings or future one as in series link as not on this box

but as box thinks they are there it wont record and cant set it to record future series progs as it thinks it already is not got engineers here in morn  virgin is just a nightmare

Thanks for posting! So sorry to hear about all these issues with your TV boxes following the transition to our TV360 service. 

How did the engineers visit go? Please let us know if they were unable to fix things and we will offer further support.

lol just had email saying will i return old box

but as engineer came out and had to try a few boxes

and even now new box has a few gliches while im testing it

when recording series it records

but when next episode due to record few times i have had to delete and cancel series then  celect record now

then select record series

was a total pain last night watching euro footbaball

had to cancel 5.45pm games that recorded

then do it all again for 7.45pm games

so now have to test it again with tonights 5.45 kickoffs then check as 7.45pm games about to start

also engineers took old boxes with him

and email i got (as usual ) you can not reply to

SO NO PROBLEMS ARE NOT SOLVED YET

but i can bet someone will call or email before next bill is due to paid /sent out /

just wish to god i had just stuck to me guns and not renewed with virgin
