Upgrading TV package though my virgin media app

Hello quick question, I upgraded my TV package to mega TV though the my virgin media app and was just wondering how long it takes to get the channels. I only upgraded yesterday but have an order number etc

Hi @ignoic

If you upgrade over the phone it's usually actioned immediately.  Any other method can take up to 10 working days as the changes are processed manually by a back office team.

Last time I renewed through MVM I received all the details new contract start date and nothing happened, had to post on here and received help from the forum team (Akua_A♥️ ) to get things sorted.

Any package changes can take effect immediately, but through the app or part of a campaign or change in package through removal or adding of services can take longer.
