Hi I have upgraded my first box without issues , works fine
I have attempted to reboot my 2nd box but all that happens is the welcome screen then it's just black , nothing else happens
I have remove to coaxial cable , switched off and also saw something about the power and plus button at same time , tried all
Still nothing happens .
Any advise would be appreciated please as I upgraded this app thinking it would be better and now my 2nd box is out of action much to the annoyance of my children who watch it
My hdmi name also weirdly changed to being called horizon
Hoping someone can help

Are both boxes the same as in both being V6 boxes. You could try swapping the boxes around to see if it makes any difference, if the problem follows the box and it won't update then it would look like the box is faulty and needs replacing. You can either call Virgin on 150 from your Virgin phone or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days. Update the thread with the result of swapping the boxes.
Horizon is the name of the software the 360 uses Horizon 4 is the latest version.

The boxes are the same , it was fine until I tried the upgrade.
Hopefully someone from virgin will respond on here and give me the help I need . Thanks for the reply
