Hi, i having major problems with tv. On demand works when it wants to, apps like disney, amazon, netfilx not working for weeks giving app not available error. Other apps such as my 5, bbc iplayer, itv x, all 4 everything I log into my account the next time is logged me out every time l. Past 3 months 2 times all my recordings deleted. Whenever I try to chat to agent it's 2 hour conversation where I get 3 replies and chat closed. I just want some help please.

Rather than using chat have you tried phoning Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, the other option is to wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and hopefully you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
