Hi all,
im trying to get Virgin TV app to work so that I can watch football on my mobile. When I search it says ‘it can’t find a compatible box’
ive not had Virgin long and expected that I’d receive the most up to date equipment. My box is Humax 1008R. Is this something g I’m doing wrong?

Assuming your TV box is a TV 360, you need to use the Virgin TV Go app, not the Virgin TV Control app.
