TV 360 useless

I was forcibly upgraded to fix a signal issue, which an engineer stated was down to the junction box during his visit.

Needless to say the upgrade has not fixed the problem.

My issue however is with 360, what a backward step, clunky, fails, complicated to use. The remote is even worse, have lost numerous one touch options, slow play, skip forward or back, my shows, flicking between my favourites and full guide, I cannot fully explain what a terrible offering 360 is.

When I'm out of contact I will become a Sky customer for the very first time in my life. So disappointed to have to switch after decades of being a loyal Virgin customer.

Who forced you to change to the 360 box and why? as the changeover is only voluntary for existing customers.

Exactly how I feel. It’s total crap! All the loved features gone. Not worth the money. I’ll be ditching them when my contact’s up.

Conversions from TiVo/V6 to TV360 are never forced and should always be voluntary. Can you explain the circumstances in which you say you were forced?

Be aware that V360 & Sky Q are very much alike in their functions. Many found the change from Sky+ to SkyQ did not come up to expectations.
