Another 360 TV user wishing they could revert to Tivo here. Just phoned up requesting to roll back, but sadly was told it's not possible. As it stands, it will definitely be a factor as to whether we renew with Virgin or not. About the only good thing I have to say about 360 is that it has a more modern looking UI.
Adding my feedback here in the hopes some of these things might be addressed. If any of this is user error please do let me know!
TLDR. I want to record not watch stuff on streaming services. Recordings as a priority, apps as secondary feature.

TiVo-firmware is fundamentally designed for recordings first, with a very good streaming option integrated
TV360-firmware is fundamentally intended for the "online" world first, with recording retro-fitted.
This is well documented on this forum.

Thank you for starting this thread and sharing your feedback of the 360 box.
My 360 box is arriving tomorrow and I am dreading such a huge downgrade.
Currently on a very old TiVo box from 2012. I was told if I want a V6 Tivo it's a £90 one off charge, and the 360 is completely free; so obviously even VM knows where the real value is. The 360 is just a cheap £20 android stick type device they are trying to flog off so they don't have to provide a proper TV service.

Faulty TiVo's are replaced with V6 as a matter of course.

Are you telling that to me or to Virgin Media?
I don't have any control over VM I don't make their rules or train their staff. Maybe if you have contacts in VM you can directly inform them of their policy?
