V6 box still fails to proceed to upgrade to TV 360. ERROR MESSAGE TM3/19/10-1-200000 ALSO TM4/19/10-1-200000. Chat fails to address this problem. Now getting very grumpy with this. I need help with this Virginmedia. Thanks.
