Still waiting for issues to be resolved
Hi there
Thought I would post here as having not much luck elsewhere but been having problems with my new 360 box for weeks with the following issues:
- Error code CS2318
- Can't watch recordings
- Can't watch programmes on watchlist and on some catch up services
- Can't pause/rewind live TV
I also seem to be having an issue with my mini box in accessing catch up (ITV and C4 in particular)
I originally logged the fault on the 20th of August and was promised contact/resolution within 5 days which didn't happen so chased on the 24th and was told it had been escalated but I have still had no response which is rather infuriating.
So if any of the Virgin Media forum team can help that would be appreciated.
