Remote control not working

Hi, my remote isn't working for my 360 box. I've done all the trouble shooting but still not working. I've followed the links to order a new one but ... hey ho, the link doesn't work!! Tried to ring Virgin and have forgotten my unique name so the automated service just booted me off.

Never come across a more atrocious customer service system in my life!

How do I order a new remote? Apparently this is a common problem

To change your password log into your My Virgin Media account;

Click on Account Settings,  Account Details, then scroll down to Telephone Security Details  (memorable word), and click on Edit.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

Another option is to wait for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
