Last week we had 360 installed and the picture on my TV is now shocking. It's all washed out, foggy and fuzzy whereas before the change it was excellent - pin sharp.
I have tried reseating the HDMI cable and moving it to another input but nothing changes it. Can anyone suggest how this could be fixed?

Hi @bdw
Welcome back to the community forums
So sorry to hear of your concern with the picture quality after your set top box upgrade.
Do you find you get a poor picture on all channels or is this just on a specific channel/programme?

Looks like the TV is over sharpening an already sharper picture to me. Perhaps the original source was softer and the sharpening looked OK at the time, but now its overkill. Seems your TV is doing some processing, check the picture settings out? Can't see from screen shot, what the resolution is, but the 360 would normally be set to let the TV do any scaling and not the box too. From memory that's passthrough for 576i,1080i. Someone else might post with screen shot of display options as I'm no longer with VM.

Thanks for confirming this @bdw
Can you see what video input you've got selected and if this is labelled as the recommended option?
You can see this by going into your help and settings page and then into settings then video input.
Also, ensure that your TV settings are also matching or set to automatic maybe, just in case there is a conflict between the two selected input options.
