Does anyone have an answer?
Netflix and paramount plus are very laggy while watching but it's only noticeable when, for instance, cars going past or a scene where it's panning over a landscape etc. Fine on close up scenes.
It's a 360 box and series 5 router
Running at 1gb fibre
I have factory reset. I have turned everything off. Reset the router but nothing helps.
If I watch these through my installed tv apps it's absolutely fine
Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried switching the TV360 frame rate on and off? Settings > Audio & Video > Match frame rate

Thanks for reaching out to us @thebutcher, and a very warm welcome to our Community Forums!
Sorry to hear of the issues with the picture quality on both Paramount and Netflix when using these apps on your 360TV set top box.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to review the advice offered by @newapollo to see if this can improve the picture quality for you?
Thanks

I am at a loss.
Frame rete only drops while using the 360 box. If I use the apps on the tv they are fine

No. I have tried this before. I even got a new hdmi cable
I am at a loss what it can be. The apps work fine that are installed on the tv but just not when I use them on the 360 box

Hi thebutcher
Thanks for coming back to us.
We've had a look on our side and can't see any issues affecting either your TV service or broadband.
Have you been able to stream Netflix or Paramount+ on other devices without any issue?

I can stream them fine on my tv that has the apps installed, as I said, it is only if I stream the apps on the 360 box

Do you experience this on certain content via the app's or is it across anything you watch?

I have only noticed the frame drops on paramount + and netflix
It is very frustrating
I factory reset my tv and the 350 box in the hope it may cure it. But, no

How do you have your 360 connected to the internet? Is this via ethernet or WiFi connection?
Have you tried another port in your TV to see if this resolves the issues at all?
