No sound new box

I had my tv 360 box in Saturday. Today it has no sound when turn on channels or apps and have to come off them and back on a few times and it kicks in.

Is the 360 box connected directly to the TV or are you using a soundbar or any other A/V equipment.

If connected directly to the TV try using one of the PCM audio settings.

Settings > Audio & Video > Audio output has three options:-

Follow Content
PCM 5.1 (HDMI only)
PCM 2.0
