Morning all

I have a query ?,i recently received a email from virgin offering me a exclusive discount deal because my current contract had just ended in october 2024,the pre contract info & summary said i would be getting tv essentials ?,virgin  tv 360,over a 18 month contract, order ref ch2081210512,so i agreed & signed up,i received another email today saying it was all sorted,it is showing my new package includes mixit tv ? & that mix tv had been removed,no  where in the document did it say i would loose mix tv (which i didn't even know i had ).until the email arrived this morning.

I now find that i have lost a shed load of channels with this new package, mainly uk gold, sky show case, sci fi just to mention a few ,anyone else had issues ?

VM's TV packages are shown in the chart at the bottom of https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-tv-edit/tips-and-tricks/virgin-tv-channel-guide

Mix-TV is a legacy product, so by changing your package you have moved to the nearest current equivalent. Mixit is the base tier, broadly Freeview-equivalent.
