Hi guys engineer installed 360 on Monday.
Symptoms after about 20-30 minutes whatever I’m watching stops and drops back to home page this is then followed by this happening to whatever I’m watching after a few minutes and a black screen for a second. Repeat
Troubleshooting
Reset
Different HDMI Port
Reset HDMI port settings
Different HDMI lead
In box settings
Changed to frame match
changed to 1080p from 4k
none of that helped

Can you please confirm that you've been able to ensure that the cable is tight and secure at both the set top box and the wall socket for us?

ny other devices connected to tv? If so does it still drop out if they are unplugged?

Makes no difference what’s plugged in all other devices have and have never had a problem.

Can you confirm have you tried this with no other devices plugged into the TV at the same time?
Has a factory reset been tried on the box as well?
