Netflix app doesn’t open

Since moving onto the 360 box a few months ago the Netflix app won’t open, it just spins and goes no further. Any ideas?

Any suggestions? Since I upgraded to 360 the Netflix app just sound when I try to open, goes no further

Go to Home > Settings > Audio & Video >  Match Frame Rate > set  'match frame rate'  to Off
