Hi Keith,
I notice the picture was taken when the 360 was using Diane's profile. Do the onscreen graphics populate if you switch to the shared (default) profile?
Generally the graphics don't populate when there is a loss of internet connection. This usually also shows up with a lot of TBA's (To be announced) showing in the EPG. This is usually fixed by either rebooting the hub, or 360 box.
The error message (possibly CS9994) when trying to access/play something from Amazon prime was probably connected to a lack of internet connection
Is anything showing under Settings> System > Diagnostics?

Hi Dave, Thanks for the speedy reply.
Same under the default profile.
Diagnostic shows all green.
Trying the rebooting of the hub now to see if this helps/ resolves the issue. Normally ok as it is hard wired to the TV box

No that didn't help, on the phone now to support. 🤞
Since discovered that we have no play back on any of the streaming channels

All of your symptoms are consistent with an internet connectivity problem. Is your TV360 hardwired or using wireless?

Hard wired via, home plugs, spoken to support they told my partner that there was an issue in the area?
Sounds like BS to me.
Recently had similar issues and the tech did something their end sent some updates and it resolved similar issues.
Further symptoms include apps forgetting their login details??

Hi again @keithsimmo
You can always check for faults using the /check-services/ function. You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the (preferred) automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
Apps forgetting their login details can be a sympton of a hard drive problem. This usually corresponds with a loss of recordings. A quick test for possible hard drive issues is to pause a live program for a couple of minutes and then play it back.

Can you plug a laptop or other portable device into the same Ethernet port as your TV360 is? Prove every part of the jigsaw except for the TV360
Also try the TV360 on wireless for elimination purposes.

Update, spoken to "chat" support who have said it was a "provisioning issue " tried a "hit" which apparently was "successful" and asked me to reboot. Nothing has changed, still the same issues so have escalated to next level support who will try some remote fixes, estimated fix time 5 days!!
