Last channel button on remote not working

I had two new 360 boxes installed today. They are both functioning as I think they should other than one issue. What I assume to be the  ‘last channel’ or ‘go back’ button on each new remote does not take me back to the last channel that I was watching, as did the similar arrow button on the older remote. Pressing the button does, however, take me back to the previous item when navigating through an on screen menu. Can anyone please advise if the “last channel” option has disappeared from the 360 remote? Thanks

With the 360 remote you press the TV button.

I’ve discovered an answer to my own question. Pressing voice control and saying “last channel” does the job!
