How to slow motion?

Hi there,

Can someone tell me how to slow motion on the new 360 box?

15 year old TiVo remote had a huge "SLOW" button on the remote very easy to use. Old VCR from 1989 also had huge button for this.

Have been trying to find the slow motion option for a week, was hoping I'd just stumble upon it but no luck... so I have to ask...

Watching football on prime at the moment but if you press the pause button then press fast forward button that should be in slow motion from memory, if it doesn't work I will double check.

To play back in slow motion press Pause then Fast Forward.

The left and right arrow buttons either side of the OK button skip forward 30 seconds and back 10 seconds.

If you press the fast forward button above the '3' key, you have 4 speeds depending on how many times you press the button. 

When fast forwarding press the TV button and that will switch off the fast forward arrows etc. For Stop press the back button or pause button, TV button also stops and puts you back to TV.

Thank you both. It works. Sadly not as well as the old TiVo box.

Pause the recording then press the forward  play button or to put it another way press the pause button then the one to the right
