I don’t find the new 360 very intuitive at all. Guess I’m not very good with tech stuff. I want to record using series link from radio 4. Can’t find anyway to do it with the new remote. Would appreciate a walk through from anyone who knows.
thank you

This is one of the differences between TiVo software & Horizon software, and is why converting from a TiVo/V6 to TV360 remains voluntary.
Radio channels cannot be recorded on TV360, but can be accessed using the Radioline app - which is also available on the V6.

Thank you for. Your reply .That informational was not given to me when the existing box was upgraded. I would not have agreed if I had known as radio recording is important to me. Guess I need to go elsewhere. Thanks again.

The TV360 platform is completely different to the TiVo platform in a similar way that Android is completely different to Apple. The former is no more an upgrade than the latter, and "conversion" or "migration" is a more accurate term.
However in fairness to VM, their sales agents can't really be expected to point out every shortcoming of a new product compared with a legacy one - as not all of the feature differences will matter to every customer.
I am unsure whether any of Sky's current products allow radio recording, but certainly TiVo software is not available anywhere in the UK now, so going elsewhere may not get you the outcome you desire. Fellow VIP @nodrogd may know more on this point, hope they don't mind the tag.

If you are wanting to "catch-up" on BBC radio content, this can be found on the BBC Sounds app on your box. The V360 Horizon firmware was developed by Virgin's parent company for their other EU cable operations. These ceased to carry radio in linear form at digital switchover two decades ago, so there was no requirement to have the boxes record it. If recording radio is important to you, then most (but not all) Freeview & Freesat recorders can do this. At present, SkyQ does have a record facility, but you have to bear in mind that satellite distribution of radio is becoming expensive. Bauer Media closed down all their stations (Absolute brands plus Magic & Planet Rock) a few weeks ago, removing them from Freesat, Sky & Virgin EPGs.
