Home button - not functioning properly

Hi,

When i press the home button on my virgin remote it does not automatically go to virgin media and i have to select it from source. Al others work I.E firestick, when i push home on these they automatically come on. only virgin media you have to go to and select source. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way we can ensure that pressing the home button on the remote will have that effect. You'd need to select our service using the source button.

We always take on board feedback we receive and will certainly pass this along to the relevant teams.
