I’ve logged a fault with Virgin Media regards Apps (Netflix, My5, ITVX etc) not loading and have heard nothing back. I have a reference number. Is there somewhere I can track progress? After much Googling and following suggestions I can not find anywhere to track this fault. I dread phoning them up again!

What's the issue you have, and what's the fault ref?
This is primarily a user-user forum, but VM staff do respond if you don't mind waiting a few days.

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
