Hi
I am trying to follow 360 upgrade process however halfway through it stopped working and now I keep getting error code MA1/4/11.
Any ideas how to fix this. I have switched V6 box off several types and even reset wi-fi but error code keeps appearing
thanks

The MA codes are due to a settings issue at the VM end. The software upgrade has been started but the billing system doesn’t know which account to tie your equipment to activate the box. Sometimes this is because the update has been started before the system is expecting it so it's worth trying again after a few hours, or the following day..
You could try turning off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box hold down both the power button and the - (minus) button which is on the left hand side on the front of the box at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.
The box should reboot, the power button will turn blue, and fingers crossed it will reset and boot up normally, and then hopefully install the 360 software update.
If that doesn't work then try again as above but substitute the power and + (plus) button at the same time instead of the power button and the - (minus) button.
If both of the above methods fail then try the fingered salute which is switch off on the back of the box; then on the front hold down the plus, minus and power buttons at the same time, and switch on again whilst keeping all three buttons pressed down. When it restarts you might see a message it can't acquire the channels. If so press OK and let it restart again. .
