You can only pair one 360 remote to the 360 box the V6 remote won't work.
You can use a universal remote using IR instead of RF, the One for All URC7125 seems to be a popular choice, another One for all Remote is the URC1240.
You might be able to pair your smart TV remote as well, Ziggo Mediabox Next works for some my LG smart remote is paired using Ziggo Set-Top box.
