Cannot upgrade to 360 from V6

Hi I have a v6 and want to upgrade to 360. Apps and games does not have the option to allow me to do so. How do I resolve? Thanks.

Although this is a conversion rather than an upgrade, have you requested this first?

You need to request the migration via CS, they post out the new remotes and the app appears in the V6 menu a few days later.

I think it costs £35 for the migration to the 360, but I didn't get charged as I upgraded my package.

If you wish to upgrade to TV360, this can be done as part of a package change but there is potentially upgrade charges in order to do so.

We would recommend speaking to our Customer Services Team on 150  / 0345 454 1111 and they can assist with this further for you.
