HELP PLEASE!
We upgraded to 360 a couple of months ago, and all has seemed well enough.
But for the past few weeks we have been unable to pause/rewind/fast forward any On Demand/Catch Up services. Its very frustrating - we either have to completely restart the show and wait to see the remainder (watching the same sections over and over), or have to miss parts whilst it continues to play.
This issue doesnt seem to affect Live TV or Recordings - Just On Demand and Catch Up
Advice would be greatly received

Does this only affect "in-house" VoD such as Channel 5 or Sky programmes?
Or are app-based services affected? ITV-X, C4, iPlayer etc?
