Appletv+ subscription not recognised on 360 box app

Hi, I'm unable to use Apple+ on 360 box even though I have a subscription that works ok on Android app and Samsung TV app. When I check the account settings on the 360 app is shows ok and even says I have a subscription active. However, when I view the program listings it keeps telling me to "Get Apple TV+". I've gone through the set up numerous times and still get the same. Even tried resetting AppleTV+ app and starting again but no joy. 

The only thing I can think is that subscription is a 3 month free trial from new Samsung TV, which might be being blocked in 360 app, even though it says subscription active.

Any thoughts?

Does your TV have the app, if so you can test your log in.

Gavlar, I did say it works ok in android app and Samsung TV app.

Hey kastenar, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.

Does your APPLE TV only let you sign in on so many devices?

I would try logging out of one device and then trying it.
