Accidentally subscribed to channel

New to TV360 and have accidentally subscribed to a channel. The interface is awful, just by clicking okay you subscribe. It asked for a pin to view i assumed given it was past watershed but it subscribed me. There was also no warning that it would mean subscribing and it also no warning about price, so i dont even know how much will be added to the bill. Never had this issue with sky. Really annoyed. 

I need some assistance in getting this possible charge removed and logging a complaint. It shouldnt just be press okay to subscribe.

You need to say what channel it is or what it was your were trying to view.

I can't find anyway of subscribing to any channel I've looked at without it being clear when reading the on-screen text that it is a subscription.

And as you say you entered a PIN too - so it was not a case of just "press okay to subscribe".

I am so sorry that this has happened. Before being able to subscribe or download and pay per view content a pop up warning is given along with the need to enter your PIN to approve the payment which I can see you have mentioned did happen. 

I would be happy to look into this further with you and see what we can arrange via a private message. I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the envelope at the top of your screen alerting you to a new message.
 

This is clearly an issue as I think I’ve done the same thing. Can you help resolve it as if I purchased it was unintentional.

This is why there is a pin to protect you from this.
