We're Virgin Media customers, just like you. This means that we're not able to access your account and we're not able to order things like this for you.
If you would like to order the extension cable, you will need to contact Virgin Media support, you can do this by:

Or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.
If you can't order a 3 metre extension cable then you might need an engineer for a non fault callout which would be £25 and he would also check and adjust your signal levels if required.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
It's possible to get an extension cable sent out for you from here. Usually takes around 5 days. The lengths we do are 5m, 10m or 15m.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
