Hi,
I am trying to order TV360 but am getting error TM3/19/10-1-200000.
For reference I have just done a renewal which includes 360, due to be activated on Friday, but I’d like to get the new software soon. But I get the error when I try to do it
Please can someone help with this ?

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
Once you've done the upgrade via the teams, a new remote will be sent out. You'll need to wait until you've received this. If the upgrade is set to be activated today then you won't be able to do this in advance.
Please let us know how things go once the upgrade date has passed.

Hi I’m still getting the error. On my order confirmation it does say that the estimated activation date is 6th September.
is there any way to check if it’s kicked in and active yet? I’d really like to upgrade to 360 asap
