360 free apps

The free apps will not load on my tv unless I turn the box off and on again.

seems to be ok with the paid apps though.

Hi @Stuart3435 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

When you say free apps, do you mean things like ITV X and BBC iPlayer for example, are you able to identify exactly which apps are affected please?
