i recently started a new contract and was expecting a delivery of the 360 box and remote. The remote arrived but not the box. Please advise. Thanks Andrew

Was this a new contract with you joining as a new customer joining VM?
If not then was it a new contract upgrading from an older V6 box?
If you are upgrading from a V6 box then you don't receive a new box, the V6 box itself receives an over the air update, and there should have been either a leaflet, or instructions printed on the inner lid of the box containing the remote advising how to process the box regrade. There's a copy of the instructions < here > if needed.
