Virgin mobile

I have 2 phone device contracts on virgin 

They both stayed with virgin and only my line contracts transferred over to o2 

I've been trying to contact virgin to discuss when these are up but I keep getting sent to o2 but they have no record of the device contracts 

How can I see when they will be finished ?
