Just a little background, we have a VM account, top package which includes O2 sim, this is all fine, can sign into VM for their side and 02 for the phone side. That's all in my dads email details.
We also have a separate Virgin Mobile account (handset plus normal phone contract) this was took out for a friend who we now don't speak to, this comes out my dads bank account but its in my email so we could keep it separate. I can get into the handset contract with the security key details, that's fine but the issue is, there is no Virgin Mobile sign in page as the sim was migrated over to 02, but I can't sign into O2 with the details I did for Virgin Mobile.
How do we go about sorting this?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry for any inconvenience with accessing online accounts.
Please access this link: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/auth?sendTo=https%3A%2F%2Fmymobile.o2.co.uk%2F&failureUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmy...
and use the option for 'Sign in with a Virgin Media O2 ID'.
This should take you through the steps to sign in.

Don’t worry - we’ll email you soon with an invitation to link your Virgin Media and O2 login details, which will create your new Virgin Media O2 ID.
For now, you’ll need to sign in to My O2 as normal."

Thanks for getting back to us @shawty1984. As things stand our cable accounts and O2 mobile accounts are separate. Just as they were when it was our cable account and Virgin Mobile. I hope this reassures you.

No, because I have no access to the Virgin Mobile account as VM have migrated it to 02, so the sign in information I used for Virgin Mobile login now doesn't work on the 02 site. Your staff linked me to a page that was linking accounts to Virgin Media.

Thanks for coming back to us shawty1984, you should have been sent the new details for your O2 account login information, when the transfer was happening, this would not be the same details. Please could you speak to O2 using the methods here and they will be able to help to get you into your online account.

The information would have been sent via text message to the number that has migrated to O2.
